REFUND POLICY

At Shoe Lab Reno, we take pride in providing professional shoe cleaning, restoration, shoe shine, leather care, boot care, and hat cleaning services. Due to the custom nature of our services, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.

  1. SERVICES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Once work has begun on an item, all services are non-refundable.

Cleaning, restoration, polishing, conditioning, deodorizing, color restoration, and related services involve labor, materials, and specialized processes that cannot be reversed once performed.

  1. NO REFUNDS FOR EXPECTED WEAR OR IMPERFECTIONS

Shoe Lab Reno does not guarantee:

  • Complete stain removal

  • Complete odor removal

  • Full color restoration

  • Restoration to original factory condition

  • Permanent results

No refunds will be issued when results are limited by:

  • Age of the item

  • Material condition

  • Previous damage

  • Wear and tear

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Permanent stains or discoloration

  1. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

If a customer is dissatisfied with the quality of service provided, Shoe Lab Reno must be notified within 72 hours of pickup.

At our discretion, we may:

  • Re-clean the item

  • Re-polish the item

  • Perform additional corrective work when appropriate

Corrective service is the preferred remedy and may be offered instead of a refund.

  1. CANCELLATIONS

Orders canceled before work begins may be eligible for a refund.

If materials, labor, or preparation have already been invested in the order, a cancellation fee may apply.

  1. ABANDONED ITEMS

Items left unclaimed for more than 90 days after completion may be considered abandoned in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Refunds will not be issued for abandoned items.

  1. PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers agree to contact Shoe Lab Reno directly to resolve concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes.

We are committed to addressing legitimate service concerns in a fair and reasonable manner.

  1. MANAGEMENT DISCRETION

In rare circumstances, Shoe Lab Reno may issue a partial or full refund at management’s sole discretion.

Any such refund does not create an obligation to issue refunds in future situations.
